Social Media Assistant at DAC

At DAC I use my creativity daily while creating social media content and copywriting. I am able to introduce social media trends into my client content to cater to the audience they aim to attract while staying true to their brand personality, enhancing their overall social media presence based on their goals. I have also been able to grow my understanding of Meta while executing boosting and other scheduling tasks. My time at DAC has allowed me to grow my skills in content creation and marketing in many ways.

More about my role:

  • I support my Social Media Coordinators by writing captions for social

    media posts and occasionally do full calendars for our clients, including

    graphics for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

  • I handle all 96 clients' Google review responses, do all content uploads and

    scheduling monthly, Meta boosting, and create graphics and captions for Ad Hoc requests.

  • I create 96 monthly and 10-40 quarterly client-facing reports using

    Hootsuite Analytics.

  • I have a high understanding of CRM, Hootsuite, Hootsuite Analytics,

    Amplify, Meta, and Meta Boosting.

Kick Off Graphics

I contributed to a side project, developing a centralized bank of kickoff graphics with pre-created captions and co-created a library of 30+ original content templates for kickoff calendars. This internal resource allowed teammates to easily access and customize assets, helping streamline the onboarding process and accelerate social strategy launches for new clients. Each template was designed to align with one of five distinct brand personalities, ensuring a balanced mix of visuals that reflected each client’s tone and identity.
