Social Media Assistant at DAC

Problem DAC Group manages social media for a large volume of clients, each with distinct brand voices, requiring consistent, scalable, and high-quality content while meeting tight deadlines, ongoing edits, and performance expectations across multiple platforms.

Solution I supported and later executed high-volume social media production by crafting engaging copy and producing platform-specific graphics, stories, and reels for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn using Canva. I developed and managed monthly content calendars that balanced each client’s unique brand personality with overarching brand consistency. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with client goals and broader company initiatives, while managing all client edit requests and ad hoc content needs to ensure timely, accurate, and brand-aligned delivery. I assisted with scheduling and publishing content through Hootsuite and Meta Business Suite, ensuring smooth execution across accounts. In addition to organic content, I launched and optimized paid ad campaigns and boosting efforts through Meta Business Suite to increase reach and improve ROI. I also produced detailed client-facing performance reports, creating over 90 monthly and 10–40 quarterly reports using Hootsuite Analytics, to provide clear insights and inform strategic decisions. To improve efficiency and scalability, I co-created a library of 30+ reusable content templates for kickoff calendars, streamlining onboarding workflows and enabling faster, more consistent social launches for new clients. I also managed Google review responses for 90+ clients, supporting brand reputation and community engagement.

Outcome These efforts supported consistent, on-brand social media execution at scale, improved workflow efficiency across teams, enhanced client satisfaction, and contributed to stronger engagement, reach, and ROI across organic and paid campaigns.

Kick Off Graphics

I contributed to a side project, developing a centralized bank of kickoff graphics with pre-created captions and co-created a library of 30+ original content templates for kickoff calendars. This internal resource allowed teammates to easily access and customize assets, helping streamline the onboarding process and accelerate social strategy launches for new clients. Each template was designed to align with one of five distinct brand personalities, ensuring a balanced mix of visuals that reflected each client’s tone and identity.
