Social Media Manager and Content Creator for the Drew University Swim Team

Problem
The Drew University Swim Team had a limited social media presence with low engagement and minimal visibility for team achievements and upcoming events.

Solution
As a self-starter, I proactively approached the head coach with a strategy to improve the team’s social media presence. I created and managed photo and video content using Adobe Express, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Canva, focusing on athlete highlights, team successes, and event promotion. I also managed community engagement across Instagram and Facebook to build stronger connections with the audience.

Outcome
Within a few months, the updated content and engagement strategy increased the team’s engagement rate by 40%, strengthened overall brand presence, and grew the team’s following.
